Terri is a proven visionary and strategic thinker, collaborator, and gap- and solution-finder and is accustomed to working through complexity and at the highest of levels. Terri has more than 30 years’ combined experience as a business owner, management consultant, and in leadership roles within the private, not-for-profit, NGO, and government sectors, both within Canada and international contexts. Terri is focused not only on where we are going but particularly ‘how’ we get there. Terri brings her experience and capacity to her clients and mentorship coachees. Terri is also Co-Founder of TAP Strategy & HR Consulting.
