Terri is a proven visionary and strategic thinker, collaborator, and gap- and solution-finder and is accustomed to working through complexity and at the highest of levels. Terri has more than 30 years’ combined experience as a business owner, management consultant, and in leadership roles within the private, not-for-profit, NGO, and government sectors, both within Canada and international contexts. Terri is focused not only on where we are going but particularly ‘how’ we get there. Terri brings her experience and capacity to her clients and mentorship coachees. Terri is also Co-Founder of TAP Strategy & HR Consulting.

As a consultant, Bruce has worked as a strategist, services provider, and mentor coach with clients in the federal government, not-for-profit, and private sectors. Bruce is known as a trusted expert in his field who provides solid, reliable advice and can challenge the status quo.
